What has been the best advice given to you to about surviving the street art scene?
Don't bend over to pick up a can.



Where do you get your inspiration from?
The world around me. I'm constantly surprised at the stupidity of the human race.

Describe your style to us?
F*$%ing awesome!



Describe your clothing outfit when you go out?
Fluoro boob tube (usually pink), sparkly black leggings, and ugg boots.

What item of clothing would you like to see brought back?
Not necessarily an item of clothing. But I would like to see more people wearing socks with thongs (thongs = the ones on your feet) this summer.



Who is a person that has been an inspiration to you?
Willy Wonka. Now that's one person who's outside the square. He's possibly even outside a tetrahedron.

Who is the ultimate Spader to you?
Street artist "Ha-Ha". A true spader if there ever was one.

SPACE INVADERS

Here are a few snaps from the opening at the National Gallery of Australia on Friday for the Space Invaders exhibition. Spader collaborated with the National Gallery + a few artists featured in the exhibition to make a series of tees. We will have images of these shortly, the tees are now available at the NGA store. This exciting exhibition looks at street art of the past 10 years by more than 40 of the most prolific and infamous street artists working in Australia today. The works are from the Gallery’s growing collection of street art—the only one of its kind in an Australian public gallery.
