FLOODING IN RIO DE JANEIRO

The state governor of Rio De Janeiro, Sergio Cabral has told residence to stay home as a record rainfall of 288 millimeters (11 inches) started yesterday afternoon overwhelming the coastal city. It has already claimed 95 lives and left 1,410 homeless. We had our Spader photo shoot in Rio only 5 weeks ago and would like to send our regards onto the families who have lost their homes and loved ones in this tragedy. RIO DE JANEIRO SPADER SHOOT

Part of the Spader team was in South America over the last few weeks and squeezed in a photo shoot during the Carnival maddness. The shoot was located in the beautiful area of Urca in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil! For those who have been to Rio this is right next to the Sugar Loaf. The day started off with the models getting there hair and make up done by Raphael Senna who is one of Brazil's best make up artists. Our models were Esther Dias (Brazilian Actress) who recently starred in the t.v series Malhacao and Rio De Janeiro model Karen Ribeiro. We had a lot of fun doing the shoot which is reflected in the photos and will be putting the final images + video up shortly! Beijos.
